Old Heads Say Goodbye

Wednesday 17th December / posted by Chris Wheeldon

All this week we are celebrating the last 10 years of Breakfast with Barr. For a bit of fun, General Manager Jason Cleary has put together a few secret and special guests for Pete to have a chat to during his last week.

Most of them are from the past, former staff members of the station or former presenters of the station.

To kick things off we had a few former General Managers. The man who hired Peter, Dan Stinton and the man who took over from Stino, Dave Houchin.

Pete was also visiting by a couple of legends.

Chair of the RTRFM Board Declan Doherty and Pete's predecessor Mark Genge joined Peter for a chat about the past and the future.

A few folks that Peter chucked on air and hoped for the best and who have all gone onto careers in the media came by for a chat.

Former Morning Mag presenters, Jamie McDonald, Bren McGurk and Jonny Hopper came by.

All live musical performances are included in our podcasts with the express permission of artists, who reserve all other rights in their music. All music used in our podcasts is licensed under an APRA Community Broadcasting license agreement.
