National Palliative Care Week kicks off next week, aiming to get Australians to openly start talking about Palliative care (‘end-of-life’ care as it is more commonly referred to as)…this type of care is a support system for people to help them live their life to the fullest while they carry an illness that’s either terminal or life-limiting.
