Post-Pandemic Work Place

During the pandemic many businesses shifted to working from home as it was easier and safer.

But since coming out of lockdown many businesses have adopted a ‘hybrid‘ work model which combines working from home and the office.

Dr Caroline Knight from the Centre for Transformative Work Design joins Madeleine Lombardi On The Record, to discuss this hybrid form and why it’s beneficial to the company and staff.
