Posters for the Pines

Thursday 16th April / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

Every year In the Pines boasts a bountiful lineup of local music.

But before the stage has even been set up, there’s an image of what the day will look like.

There’s art to create, a poster to design and t-shirts to make.

For many years, one person - artist, animator and viner Ken Ng - has been coming up with the visual concept for In the Pines.

And this year his concept features illustrations by Anne Barnetson.

They joined us to talk illustrations and concepts.

All live musical performances are included in our podcasts with the express permission of artists, who reserve all other rights in their music. All music used in our podcasts is licensed under an APRA Community Broadcasting license agreement.
