Proximity is Best

The program for the 5th instalment of Perth’s Proximity Festival was unveiled this week, including some intimate opportunities for the audience a chance to star as an on-set extra in a film
!

The festival will be hosted at Perth’s Cathedral Square Precinct and the focus is to challenge classical ideas of performance art. The season of 2017 offers a range of unique experiences – including intimate walking tours and experimental & participatory performance art, including conversational workshops and spaces.

Co-curators of the festival Kelli Mccluckey and Sarah Rowbottam have been busy developing this unique event since 2012, and joined Dawn in the studio…
