Stamp Out The Mental Health Stigma

Wednesday 3rd October / presented by Fiona Bartholomaeus

With Mental Health Week around the corner, it's important to start an open conversation about mental health with friends and family.

It's found that because of the mental illness stigma, it can be hard to seek support services when we need it.

Grow Australia is an organisation that is encouraging us to take the stigma out of mental health with their campaign Odd Socks Day.

Fiona Bartholomaeus spoke with Ben, a field worker from Grow WA about Odd Socks Day and how we can stamp out the mental illness stigma.
