Sustainable Development Report Review 2020: Has Australia passed their marks?

Friday 10th July / posted by Chris Wheeldon

Earlier this week, the global report on Sustainable Development was released and Australia got their marks back. Whilst we have received a few passes, mainly in terms of our COVID-19 response, there is one alarming area that we are flunking in.

Chair of the Monash Sustainable Development Institute and ClimateWorks Australia, Professor John Thwaites takes us through the ins and outs of the report and how we can push for a more responsive agenda towards social, economic and environmental goals.

All live musical performances are included in our podcasts with the express permission of artists, who reserve all other rights in their music. All music used in our podcasts is licensed under an APRA Community Broadcasting license agreement.
