Sweet, Smooth Rock ‘n’ Roll

Thursday 11th June / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

Perth musician Tim Underwood is a legend who has been prowling stages, writing songs and shredding guitars in this city for more than 30 years.

Despite being well known for his bands The Rosemary Beads and Valvolux, it took him until late 2014 to actually release a full-length album.

It was with his latest band The Violent Crumble.

“40 Degrees in the Shade” is full of those dark, melodic rock ‘n’ roll songs Tim writes so well.

The band is playing a rare show on Thursday night at Mojos with some other long-time Perth musicians.

He dropped by Breakfast with Caitlin this morning with bandmates Pete Underwood and Kat Day.
