Take Me To Your Leader

Wednesday 19th November / presented by Chris Wheeldon

Who will be the leaders of the LGBTIQ community going into the future?

As Pride Festival is about to drop, Out in Perth will take a look at where we stand.

In 1984 less then a dozen public officials were homosexual or at least declare their sexuality, in 2014 this number is now 1000 worldwide. Gay men and women are fighting for equality in a world where equality may not exist.

Who are the leaders of the LGBTIQ community into the future and what will these leaders lead us to?

Chris sat down in the studio with Conrad Liveris, co-founder of Street Smugglers, to talk about the future of the Perth LGBTIQ scene.
