People natutally seek individual connection and this is more important than ever. In addition Ross shares:

  •  How to manage your team without having to turn to micromanaging
  • How important it is to checkin with your team
  •  Reinforcing the cultuire to get your team to focus on the future
  •  Have a reason to "turn up" as opposd to winging it during the day at home
