Tart talk on Artbeat

Tart is a Melbourne-based print journal exploring food with feelings, but it’s also so much more. It’s a collection of local chefs, growers, writers, photographers, artists and musicians. Everything they put in Tart is centered around food.

Created, edited and published by Sasha Aarons and Sasha Gattermayr the publication released Issue 1 at the end of 2021 and are launching Issue 2 as we speak!
