Who hasn’t been guilty of enjoying a butter chicken on the couch? Using naan to mop up the sauce from that plastic takeaway container.

With its multitude of spices and distinct fiery flavours, Indian food can just seem too hard to cook at home!

But this week on The Food Alternative, we are going to debunk this myth and show how this exotic cuisine can be accessible to the average home cook.

Bhavna is a local food blogger who takes Indian cooking pretty seriously and knows how to cook a mean chicken biryani.
