The Food Alternative # 8: Back to Nature

Wednesday 21st May / posted by Chris Wheeldon

You won’t usually find the words quandong, wallaby, blood lime and seaweed on a menu.  That is … unless you are delving into a degustation with the team at Fervor.

This week on the Food Alternative, we will be talking sustainable eating and native produce with Paul Iskov of Fervor.

Paul and his sister Bree have spent the past two years bringing native Australian tucker to the tables of Western Australia.  They have been travelling the red dirt roads to share their love of WA produce.  Paul is here today to share why we should always consider what goes on our plates.
