Top Played Tracks – July

Wednesday 7th August / posted by Will Backler

As we begin the second half of the year, we look back at all the amazing tunes (especially from our homegrown WA talent) that graced the RTRFM airways during the month of July!

RTRFM is not playlisted, meaning each of our knowledgeable presenters have 100% curatorial control over their programs, making the top played tracks at the station a huge deal.

As always with the amount of music being played each month, there were a number of ties among our top 7 most played tracks for the month.

Of these top 7 tunes, 6 were by women and 6 were from WA!

Big thanks to Daniel Midgley for his statistical wizardry in running the numbers!!!

1. Gazey - River

2. Felicity Groom - Backwards Forwards

2. The Mascara Snakes - I Can't Quit You

4. Fraeya - Housewarming

4. Lana Rothnie Quartet - Daffodils

4. Sampa The Great - OMG

7. Hyclass - Yeah Nah
