Top Played Tracks – June 2019

Monday 15th July / posted by Will Backler

As we enter the depths of July, it's time to time to look back on some of the spectacular music that graced our ears last month in June. Some great tunes were released, with WA-based talent making up a hefty chunk of the artists in high rotation on RTRFM.

RTRFM is not playlisted, meaning each of our knowledgeable presenters have 100% curatorial control over their programs, making the top played tracks at the station a huge deal.

Of the top six tracks of June, five were by women, three were from WA, and two were from elsewhere in Australia.

Big thanks to Daniel Midgley for his statistical wizardry in running these numbers!

1. Sampa the Great - Final Form

2. Carla Geneve - Yesterday's Clothes

 3. Erasers - Pass You Into The Night

4. Erykah Badu - Tempted

5. Web Rumors - We Don't Need A Hero

6. Hideous Sun Demon - Can't Live Like That

All live musical performances are included in our podcasts with the express permission of artists, who reserve all other rights in their music. All music used in our podcasts is licensed under an APRA Community Broadcasting license agreement.
