Understorey: The Biodiversity Belt

Wednesday 22nd July / presented by Elizabeth PO’ Adrian Glamorgan

The West Australian wheatbelt is huge, beautiful, sparsely populated and an ecological jewel to care for. Shaped like a massive dog's head on the map, the snout sniffing Perth from the north, the wheatbelt needs special attention.

On today's Understorey we meet Natarsha Woods, CEO of Wheatbelt Natural Resource Management (NRM), the independent not-for--profit that has quite a job engaging community and scientists to cope with climate change and other pressures throughout the Avon River basin.
