The Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS) Emerging Issues Forum held annually, provides analysis to inform the service and strategic planning needs of the executives and Boards of community service providers into the future.

Emerging Issues is an environmental scan, focusing on the future of the changing social, economic, and political contexts.
