WAM Sundowner Series Making Music Work For You

Monday 17th March / posted by Chris Wheeldon

Are you a musician who is struggling with getting your head around the music business industry? Well worry no more!

As part of their 2014 Music Industry Sundowner Series, WAM are presenting the workshop “Making Music Work For You: Entertainment Law & Tax”.

The workshop will be presented by Perth creative industries accounting expert Kylie Thompson, along with one of Australia’s top entertainment lawyers, Andrew Fuller.

Together, Kylie and Andrew will bring magic to musician’s lives… or maybe just a helping hand.

They will be discussing some topics such as how to access and manage music revenue streams, approach distribution deals and loads more – all equipping you with music business skills that will help guide you to make the most out of your music.

Andrew Fuller came into the studio earlier today to talk about the music industry and how to navigate your way around it.
