Won’t Somebody Please Think of the Children?

Friday 18th January / presented by Ray Grenfell

“A world in which every child can attain the right to survival, protection, development and participation.”

That’s the vision that the good folks at international children’s organization Save The Children have worked tirelessly to achieve for the better part of a century.

But now, they’re trying something new.

The group’s new “Born To Trek” program will take participants on a physically demanding trek through the iconic Kakadu National Park, whilst simultaneously giving them the chance to interact and engage directly with the organization’s beneficiaries.

It could be a life changing experience, and we’ve got Save the Children’s National Community & Corporate Engagement Coordinator Janosh Biczok on the line to tell us more….

– it’s part of a broader way of thinking of innovative ways to raise funds well look at this morning.
