Worldwide vs. Federal Vaccine Rollouts

The worldwide efforts to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine has been rife with scandals and errors, such as Syria’s rollout being part of a prisoner exchange program and Argentina’s health minister stepping down after offering preferential treatment to government officials.

The Australian rollout efforts are well underway, with more than 60,000 people vaccinated, though there have still been stories such as an unqualified health care worker delivering four times the recommended vaccine dose to two aged care workers.

Curtin University supply chain expert Dr Elizabeth Jackson joined RTRFM to talk about the rollout efforts both in Australia and abroad.
