Youth Advocacy Group

Thursday 30th June / posted by Chris Wheeldon

The federal election for 2016 is on way, however a concern began when young Australians were convinced that they were not being heard by politicians.

More than sixty organisations, including youth organisations, universities, and advocacy groups, wrote a letter to the major and minor parties urging them to address challenges faced by young Australians.

These included unemployment and housing affordability and more.

The Australian Youth Affairs Coalition Chairperson Katie Acheson has joined Tanya on the Mag to talk about this issue.
