Spain’s Four-Day Work Week

The concept of a four-day work week continues to gain attention and awareness in light of recent COVID work experiences.

Spain is about to take the giant leap to see if this in fact works for their nation’s workforce. They are instituting a pilot program for a 32-hour work week, as is the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand, whilst employees continue to earn their full salary.
