PREMIERE: Cloning share second track from sophomore EP

Western Australia’s Cloning have made short work of 2021, with the second single from their sophomore release out just months following the first.

How Could You Ever Think I Hated You?  clocks in just under four minutes and is capped off with relatable lyrics, experimental guitars and a sense of nostalgia and regret.

Of the track, vocalist Felix Parker says “the song is about miscommunications with loved ones and how the things you say and do can have the opposite effect to what was intended,”

“It’s also about how it can be hard to break destructive habits when you’ve held onto them for a long time.”

How Could You Ever Think I Hated You?  is officially out on May 14, but premiering right here at RTRFM.
