King Otto is the sports documentary celebrating early 2000s football in 2021

It was almost like yesterday, at least that’s what Greek football fans will tell you, when they speak of the 2004 European Cup victory.

Against all odds, the Greek National Football team nabbed victory, largely thanks to the efforts of German football coaching legend “King” Otto Rehhagel.

Greek-American filmmaker Christopher Andre Marks has reflected on the events, and has turned them into a retrospective celebration in his first full-length feature King Otto.
