China’s Mars Rover and Ingenuity’s Sixth Flight

There’s been lots happening this year when it comes to Mars, we’ve seen the successful landing of the Perseverance as well as the first ever flight of the Mars helicopter, Ingenuity.

But it hasn’t stopped there.

Recently we also saw the landing of China’s Mars rover, the Zhurong, as well as a potential fatal error during the Ingenuity’s 6^th flight.

To tell us more about these two recent events, Fiona Bartholomaeus caught up with RMIT University’s Dr Graham Dorrington.
