June Jones Wishes She Was A Lime Green Machine

Naarm based artist June Jones has had a whirlwind 2021 so far with her stunning second solo LP Leafcutter releasing back in February, a brand new single ‘Motorcycle’ dropping just last week and a national Australian tour announcement for the latter half of the year.

‘Motorcycle’ is a fair departure from previous releases, leaning into cyber pop and punk aesthetics with a hook that will get stuck in your head for days on end.

RTRFM’s Kailyn Crabbe jumped on the phone with June to chat about Kawasaki dream machines, the influences of the late-great SOPHIE, and hopes for the tour.
