In conversation with King Ibis – their new single ‘Touch’, wheatbelt tours and the creative process

Local four piece King Ibis have debuted their latest single, ‘Touch’ a shimmery slice of indie pop goodness that, surprisingly, started out life as a bossa-nova track.

Vocalist Nadene and bassist Sam had just returned from from playing Homegrown Music Festival in Nungarin and dropped in to Drivetime to chat to RTRFM’s Matt Ferret about their wheatbelt experiences, songwriting as a group and what’s on the horizon for King Ibis.
