UWA Set To Host ‘The Climate Solutions’ Event
On Sunday, 24 October 2021, The University Of Western Australia will be hosting an event called the Climate Solutions: A Health Forum and E-Vehicle Expo. This event aims to raise awareness about the importance of climate action and promote the accessibility of positively impactful electric vehicles.
The expo will feature presentations from expert speakers in this field as well as E-Vehicle demonstrations, environmental stalls and family friendly activities.
On The Record presenter Fiona Bartholomaeus is joined in the studio with Dr Chris Curry, who is one of the guest presenters at the Climate Solutions expo and Ian Lilburne, from the Australian Conservation Foundation, Perth Community Group.
Together they sit down to discuss the various installations that will be on display during the event, including how quickly will Australia adjust to adopt electrical automobiles, and why is it important to continue hosting community group events led by experts in the field.
