FITTER | HAPPIER: The Controversies Of Vaping

Since the 1st October, Australia has tightened its E-Cigarette usage and distribution laws, in a bid to crack down on the illegal use and sale of nicotine ‘Vaping’ products.

Currently it is now illegal to buy items such as nicotine e-cigarettes, nicotine pods and liquid nicotine from overseas and locally without a prescription.

On The Record presenter Graeme Watson took the opportunity to catch up and chat with Maurice Swanson, the Chief Executive of ACOSH (Australian Council On Smoking and Health); where together they discuss the implications of the new laws and gain insights into the risks associated with the prevalence of ‘Vaping’.
