HAAi in conversation: dance music, moving continents and more

Karratha-born, London-based DJ and musician HAAi aka Teneil Throssell has had a meteoric rise on London’s electronic music scene in the past few years.

After moving from WA to London some years ago the artist made a move from making shoegaze sounds towards full blown electronic production. Since then she has bagged a two year DJ residency at South London’s iconic Phonox venue, built up an impressive resume of club floor bangers and signed to the indomitable Mute Records.

Now the artist returns with double track single The Sun Has Made a Soft Landing / Keep On Believing, two brilliant electronic songs that sound like night and day.
