‘Crap’ jobs won’t close Gender Pay Gap: UnionsWA

The Australian Bureau of Statistics recently released data showing the wage gap between men and women across states. Coming in last place at 21.2% compared to the national average of 13.8% was WA.  A result that prompted a colourful response from UnionsWA’s Assistant Secretary Lisa Judge that “crap jobs for women won’t close the gender pay gap.”
