The Great Reshuffle

There’s no denying COVID has shaken up a thing or two, with industries across the board experiencing drastic change during the pandemic.

A sweeping shift has taken place at the ground level with many Aussie workers taking time to think about what the future holds for them.

The Australian Treasury has declared a Great Reshuffle, where a significant number of workers have migrated from one industry to another.

At the same time, certain industries have seen significant rates of growth in terms of job numbers, whilst others have fallen to the way-side.

So is it really the Great Reshuffle?
