MEAA championing women in media

Jodi Hoffman is joined by WA Director of the MEAA, Tiffany Venning, On The Record on International Women’s Day 2022 to discuss how women are in the media sector are rewriting their own narratives.

As more women are moving into senior roles and organisations are working to create safer working environments for women, more women’s stories are able to be told.

Tiffany discusses the importance of unions to push for long-term sustainability for women in what is largely a ‘gig economy’.
