Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice

Hamide Kocer and Nina Raper are the artists behind the exhibition Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice.

Fresh out of Degree Show, as part of their studies at Curtin University, they have been invited by curator Kelly Price to participate in the city of Vic Park Arts Season Festival.

Through the City’s curated program, Nina and Hamide will be exhibiting and facilitating workshops at CANVAS at the Carlisle Collective.

They join Bec Bowman on Artbeat to discuss their textile and sculptural project illuminating themes of gender and misogyny.

You can catch them at workshops from April 9-16.
