Research shows apartments may not be as energy efficient as you think

Apartment living has grown in recent years with many choosing apartments as an alternative to owning their own home and for their energy and cost efficiency.

But an analysis of energy rating profiles by experts at the CSIRO has found many are currently far below efficiency standards.
