Nada Lubay: The Silent Heroines

The Silent Heroines is a book about grandparents that explores the lives of those that look after their grandchildren, who may not be seen or heard, nor appreciated or valued for the service that they provide to the community and the society.

Author Nada Lubay wanted to create awareness about those grandparents who are invisible and struggling. Her book The Silent Heroines was officially launched at the Society of Women Writers WA in July this year.

Nada Lubay joined Bec Bowman on Artbeat to talk more about her book and share how the idea came about.
