Vaping regulations and its impact

Last year new vaping regulations were put into place to reduce the usage of vapes but a new report suggests it has had the opposite affect.

The laws were changed so that a person has to be medically prescribed a vaping product as a tool of smoking cessation but due to the difficulty of obtaining the prescription it’s lead to a thriving black market.

Dr Colin Mendelsohn is an expert on smoking and tobacco harm reduction and spoke to Fiona Bartholomaeus about the impact of the regulations.
