Matters of Life and Death: National Palliative Care Week 2023

It’s National Palliative Care Week, a time to put matters of life and death front and centre of Australian conversations.

The topic of death might sound scary but is an extremely important conversation to have with your family as well as with specialist healthcare providers including, Compassionate Communities Network which combines formal and informal care networks.
