Transitions Solo Exhibition by Bridget Seaton

Bridget Seaton completed her fine arts degree in the UK in 1988. Moving to WA in 2010, she found inspiration through the Australian Bush.

“My art work is about place and more specifically trees, they are the characters and figures in my landscape paintings and prints. I see a raw beauty in the Australian bush that others may dismiss as untidy, nothingness and  I wish to inspire others to protect it.”

Bridget will be showcasing two new bodies of work in her solo show ‘Transitions‘ at Zig Zag Gallery from 28 July – 27 August

The exhibition will feature acrylic painting and monotype printmaking, Bridget’s preferred methods of work.

Artist, Bridget Seaton sits down with Bec Bowman on Artbeat to chat about her second solo exhibition, Transitions.
