Local Feature: Sad King Billy strikes out solo with his debut solo release

Sad King Billy is the debut solo release from Julian Peet, an emerging local songwriter and producer.

A member WA music scene for over a decade, Julian’s breadth of experience performing, touring and recording for various bands such as The Southern River Band and Old Blood has meant he’s honed his craft and is now delving deeper into his songwriting as a solo artist.

Collaborating with local producer and engineer, Dan Carroll, Sad King Billy boasts a collection of ten tracks that weave together the timeless essence of folk, rock, blues, and country genres, coupled with modern production touches.
