Fremantle Easter Arts Festival

Street theatre is one of the oldest forms of theatre and is still celebrated to this day. Fremantle Street Arts Festival started as a celebration of Fremantle’s local busking culture in 1999.

Each year over the Easter long weekend the streets of Fremantle are turned into an open-air theatre with amazing and outright wacky performances for the public to see.
