RASWA CEO Robyn Sermon discusses the Perth Royal Show

The Perth Royal Show, run by the Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA), kicks off on Saturday 21 September and runs through until Saturday 28 September for its annual celebration of community, agriculture, and fun.

Robyn Sermon, CEO of RASWA, talks with Fiona Bartholomaeus about the 185-years-plus legacy of the Royal Show, its various competitions, and its connection to the WA Country Women’s Association, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. They also discuss the Royal Show’s evolution, and the continued importance of people living in the metropolitan area seeing the work of regional-based farmers and producers in the agricultural industry.
