The 2024 AWESOME Festival!
The AWESOME Festival is back this September school holidays!
The annual AWESOME International Arts Festival for Bright Young Things (the AWESOME Festival) showcases a spectacular array of events including theatre, dance, early childhood activities, music, film, literature, visual arts and creative hands-on activities. AWESOME is committed to presenting high-quality, layered programming for children aged 0 – 12 and their families.
Awesome Festival has been held annually since 1995. It has been recognised by an international festival monitoring organisation as one of the top 25 events in the world for young people.
This years program features a free ballet performance of ‘The Lost Little Llama‘ and ‘Little Red Riding Hood‘ at the Heath Ledger Theatre.

The festivities start September, 24 running through to October, 4 at the Perth Cultural Centre & Yagan Square.
