Experimental music festival Audible Edge returns in 2025

Audible Edge is a music festival celebrating DIY and exploratory music culture on Whadjuk Noongar boodja that has been running annually since 2017, and returns in the first week of April this year, put on by Perth-based music label Tone List.

The festival features a large variety of Boorloo-based artists alongside artists from across Australia and the globe, including Vanessa Worm, Craig Pederson, and Tetuzi Akiyama. Its venues range from cafes to party buses to a show performed inside the Swan River.

This year Audible Edge is also running the Seed Fund, providing financial resources for select artists to create five new projects for the festival.

Audible Edge’s co-directors, Josten Myburgh and Annika Moses, joined Bobby Fletcher on Artbeat to discuss the festival’s upcoming program.
