Helen McLean

Helen is currently the Senior Lawyer & Company Secretary for The Kids Research Institute Australia, a non-profit medical research institute, having previously worked for over a decade as a lawyer in the publishing industry and in government.

She is a long-time RTRFM listener/subscriber and local gig-goer, enthusiastic about building community in her home city. She currently plays synth in Boorloo band New Phono. She previously put on gigs and art exhibitions, and released records and books in her role as co-director of now defunct Boorloo-based record label/arts collective Love Is My Velocity.

Helen was co-opted to the RTRFM board in 2025.
