What to expect
ARTS AND CULTURE TRUST WA AND RTRFM PRESENT COURTYARD CLUB 2026: FREE, LIVE LOCAL MUSIC.
Arts and Culture Trust WA and RTRFM are excited to announce Courtyard Club returns in a compact format in 2026 for your Friday night post-work fun; a free 4 -week concert series taking place on Friday evening from 13 November to 4 December at the State Theatre Centre of WA, Courtyard.
RTRFM is pleased to be teaming up with Arts and Culture Trust WA for the 13th year to bring live, local music into the heart of Northbridge.
The Courtyard Club is the perfect place to start your weekend with friends, as RTRFM DJ Vishnu brings you Friday Drivetime for one last time as he hangs his headphones up from Drivetime at the end of 2026. Courtyard Club features live performances by local bands and DJs.
It all kicks off on Friday 13 November from 5pm as we team up with sets from Perth’s favourite party band Didion’s Bible and rock and rollers Unicorn plus a DJ set from Lachy and Conor of Out To Lunch.
Plus throughout the series you can catch Daniel Susnjar’s new jazz supergroup Brightside, the country magic of The Stumblers and the alt country lyricalism of Angie Colman.
We close out the series on 4 December by teaming up with North Metro Tafe music students with sets from brand new bands Freddie & Mosia and Papa and the Cowboy.
Each live performance will be followed by sets from some of the best DJs in town, including Arle (Global Rhythm Pot), Hannah and Kayli (Out to Lunch) and a very special goodbye set from Vishnu to close out the series.
The Courtyard Club is a family friendly event with a licensed bar for those after work drinks.
Enjoy free live radio with Vishnu from RTRFM and local music under the stars in the summertime surrounds of the State Theatre Centre of WA Courtyard every Friday from 13 November ‘til 4 December.
