What to expect
RTRFM’s CD & record sale Hot Cakes returns for 2017, with mountains of musical gems up for grabs at The Moon – Cafe in Northbridge on Sunday March 12.
We’ve collected thousands upon thousands of CDs from our music library – everything from classics from decades ago to international releases from the last 12 months. There’ll be a diverse range of discs and wax on offer for every taste and from every place, plus a dedicated space for local artists to sell their wares.
RTRFM DJs Claude Mono (El Ritmo, Soulsides, Golden Apples of the Sun) & Jesse Yuen (Siamese Dream, Golden Apples of the Sun) will soundtrack your cratedigging and liner note-combing, and The Moon are offering some top-shelf food and drink specials to satiate your hunger and thirst between rare finds.

Got boxes of old CDs & records taking up space under the bed? Email cwheeldon@rtrfm.com.au and we’ll set up a space where you can sell them.
Want to donate your unused CDs and vinyl? Just drop them into RTRFM by March 10. You can find us at Level 1, 642 Beaufort St, Mt Lawley.
All donations and purchases will go directly towards keeping The Sound Alternative alive.
