Kids under-12 are free (no ticket required). Kids between 12 – 18 must buy a ticket and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please make sure you are with your kids at all times. This includes those aged 12 – 17. In the Pines is a licensed event and although we welcome kids it is not designed for children and anyone underage must be with you at all times. Please do not allow them to run around the venue out of your sight. They will be brought back to you and if it continues during the day you may be asked to leave. This is a condition of our licence and security concerns. We encourage families to enjoy In the Pines together, but please ensure you are monitoring your children at all times.
If you have bought a ticket, head to the online ticket desk to check-in and grab a wristband. This will allow you to come and go from the venue all day. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event. If you need a refund drop us a line after the event.
If you have registered for a ticket, bring that on your phone or print out and have it scanned. If you have not, you can bring your card to the Gold Subscribers point. Note we still need to abide by capacity limits so tickets on the day are limited.
Those with Companion Cards can enter for free. In the Pines is wheelchair accessible. You can also receive support from our Pines Pals, who will be on hand to assist anyone who needs some extra help. Look out for the orange hi-vis vest and let them know if you need anything.
- All money raised goes towards RTRFM operating costs.
- No BYO Alcohol. We have a fairly priced bar on site.
- BYO Food. You can bring a picnic but we also have food trucks on site.
