RTRFM’s annual Radiothon Party takes over Northbridge once again on Saturday August 13

In celebration of RTRFM’s annual subscriber drive Radiothon, we’re throwing a killer party featuring 20 acts spread cross four venues: The Bird, Ezra Pound, the State Theatre Centre Foyer & Studio Underground.

Head to Perth’s spiritual home of garage & psych sounds The Bird for a four band bill featuring Beach Aunty, Doctopus, Gunns & Nerve Quakes.

In the State Theatre’s Studio Underground, prepare for an audiovisual revelation of kaleidoscopic sights and sounds courtesy of five of Perth’s most engrossing live bands: Childsaint, French Rockets, Hyla, Mt. Mountain & Odlaw.

In the State Theatre Centre Underground Foyer, kick back to the mellow, soulful delights of Golden String, Joel Barker, Rabbit Island and Xanthea, plus some of Barefaced Stories finest yarn-spinners sharing their greatest party tales.

If dance vibes are more your thing, make a beeline to Ezra Pound for a seven-hour extravaganza with live sets from Henry Kissinger and Hyclass plus DJ sets from  Karl Halliday, Methods vs. Good Company, Mike Midnight, Superflog and Willy Slade vs Hame bringing you sounds early on for your pre-party party.

Radiothon Party coincides with RTRFM’s annual 10-day subscriber drive, which runs from Friday August 12 to Sunday August 21. We’re asking listeners to come to the party and subscribe to RTRFM during Radiothon for the chance to win an amazing range of prizes.
