Indymedia: Historic Court Win for Australian Youth

On May 27, the Australian Federal Court found that Environment Minister Sussan Ley owes a duty of care towards young people, who will disproportionately be affected by climate change.

The complainants in the case, a group of school students, sought an injunction against the expansion of a NSW mine.
